The market has been crazy the past few years! Interest rate increases have hurt some buyers and kept some sellers from putting their homes on the market. We are still seeing multiple offers in most situations with hot properties, but we are seeing some properties on the market in a few weeks, which means we are seeing some negotiations again that we haven't seen recently! An experienced agent is a must more than ever!

 

Sites such as Zillow and Realtor.com may offer what they propose to be the current market estimate of the value of your home, but often they are not accurate and companies offering cash and fast closings, will never give you the real market value of your home!
